7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Once your subscription has started it will continue to reoccur until such time as you cancel your agreement with WorldPay (our payment partner). You may cancel your subscription by using the details and links provided in your WorldPay welcome email. Login to your Worldpay account at http://www.worldpay.com/shopper using the unique username and password from the Worldpay welcome email; click the 'View Details' icon to access your account and to see a page showing your current transaction details; Scroll down this page to find the 'Cancel' option, click on this to immediately stop your subscription. You'll then automatically be sent out a confirmation email for your records

8. REFUND POLICY

Refunds cannot be considered until you have first cancelled your subscription by following the Subscription Cancellation procedure as described above. Refunds will then be given at the discretion of the management.
