advice needed - 2007/09/16 19:33 Hi i have been separated from my husband for almost 5moths now but the thing is he is in and out of our lifes i have 4 children 2 of which his.
he always says he will help with money and take the kids but unkess i let him walk in and out acting like every thing is ok he lets me down .
My 5 year old daughter has been having nightmares for a while now screaming that i might leave her I have told my ex that he has to take me to court now to see them and that i will go through csa as i dont want my kids messed about anymore
do you think i have done the right thing or should i give yet another chance??

Re:advice needed - 2007/09/17 22:41 Pauline,
It sounds like you need to stand your ground here and go through the CSA. I believe you probably have every right to decide when it is conveniant to see them and he can't just barge in and make demands like that.

Also the CSA will sort out the money side as he should be providing some support as a matter of course.

Why would you give him another chance?

Re:advice needed - 2007/09/19 14:09 You have to consider the children in all of this - so should he too!
I thought the CSA had been abandoned? if not great you should go through them but the children do need to see their father and have as much normality in their lives as possible. Maybe the threat of the CSA might make him stop and think what he is doing to you all!

Re:advice needed - 2007/09/20 21:41 No way should he be like this with the kids. Let the CSA handle it.
