I am fully accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a professional member of the School of Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent's College. I trained as an integrative psychotherapist, and have considerable experience of working with clients referred by the NHS, voluntary sector, Employee Assisted Programmes as well as self-referrals. I am in regular supervision and undertake a commitment to regular professional training and personal development. Before coming to pyschotherapy, my working career began in the fields of recruitment and training, before moving into film and television. I have travelled widely, and worked in various countries in Europe and the Middle East
